Yes, especially during launch. While we're launching in the space shuttle we wore an orange protective suit called a "launch and entry" suit. It weighs 100 kilograms (220 lbs.) and you're being squished down in your chair. So, after a while I find it quite hot and hard to breathe. We wear cooling garments underneath that pump cold water through and that helps. Once you get to space you can just get into normal clothes and then you feel good again.
