What did you listen to when you were a kid, and who influenced you?

Well, when I was a little kid, I listened to British invasion; the first music I can remember was the Beetles, the Rolling Stones, and the Animals. I think as much as that fed my enthusiasm for music, I think I was more influenced when I was a teenager when I first encountered mid 70's West Coast music; Jackson Brown; some of that heart felt stuff. And I think that had more of an impact on my wanting to be a musicial because it was more emotional.
