Toughest thing. That takes a second. It is not that anyone thing is tough in training. I think that each individual training course you take can be achieved. I think the toughest thing is the amount of training that we have is that The shuttle is so complex its almost impossible for anyone person to understand everything that can happen. The way to describe that is that It takes 17,000 people to launch the shuttle out of the Kennedy Space Center here in Florida. And I would say is the toughtest thing in training is staying current with the complexity of the shuttle itself.
